When making a baby registry it's easy to add things the baby won't use. Here are a few things that will last past the first year.
On my baby registry I have quite a few items that are beyond worthless. Like over 150 items on my baby registry. Some are just clothes I found super cute but definitely don’t ‘have’ to have.

I highly recommend this light for newborns, toddlers, and young kids. This night light does way more than just be a light. It has different light modes along with set color timers. Its a perfect device to keep next to you during night time feedings and diaper changes. Graduating to a night light with noise for night time. Then being placed in the child’s own room you can set a timer with the red light so the child knows it’s not time to get out of bed.

An amazing value for for different modes. This will last for quite awhile and go though the transitions of your child’s life. Along with the catch tray that helps prevent food on the floor. A huge bonus in our house with dogs.
Upward baby led weaning supplies

These items are super helpful not just for parents but for baby’s ever fast developing mind. Suction so baby cant flip the food onto the floor. Bibs that fold into them self along with catch falling food from babes mouth. Along with amazing spoons the help little hands grasp firmly. the spoons are also short enough that baby wont be choking themselves with a long spoon, or stabbing themselves with a fork.
Munchkin 6 count toddler utensils

Another super helpful growing item for your child. Again this is something that will help your child be able to grasp onto while eating, and also not choke. They have a stopper so it’s uncomfortable for the child after a certain point preventing choking.
Boon NURSH Bottle

These bottles are great for anti-colic. The inside of this bottl is silicone so it collapses while the baby feeds from it causing very little to no air getting into the baby’s tummy. Also with them being silicone interior they make for easy cleaning and storing.
