If you don’t know your pregnancy consists of 3 trimesters. The breakdown is in weeks. The first trimester is from the day of conception to the end of 12 weeks. The second trimester starts at 13 weeks and ends at 26 weeks. Your third trimester begins at the beginning of 27 weeks and goes to the end of your pregnancy.
