
In this super easy and yummy dessert I want to go over some of the basic ingredients I use! In this blueberry bread with lemon glaze I use Kodiak Protein Packed Blueberry Muffin Mix, cinnamon, and nutmeg. For the glaze I used Powdered Sugar, Lemon Juice, milk, and almond extract.

My husband and brother in law have been trying to eat a bit healthier, and work out. When shopping I figured this would be perfect because its protein packed. Well I was guessing right that they would like the protein just not the point that its bread even if its whole wheat bread. So I turned it into a dessert cake for my father in law who loves sweets.
I added in Cinnamon, and Nutmeg into the cake to help give it a bit more flavor other than wheat and blueberrys. It came out so good so i’m beyond happy I went with my go to ingredients for sweets.
For my glaze I decide to not look up how to make one but instead just wing it like I would. I used lemon juice, milk, almond extract, and powdered sugar.
Glass Cups -These are very cheap, and durable, and they are very slim. ( fits with Keurig)
Metal whisk -will help whip
