Tres leches is a cake that has been around for quite some time. Going back to the middle ages people would make a tres leches kind of cake by giving life to the old or stale cake by drenching it in sweet milk. The mixture has changed over time of course the idea is still the same. I took a try on the tres leches cake and I could not believe the outcome! Everyone in the house LOVED how this cake came out!
